Chicken with coriander & lime in a creamy mayonnaise, delicately hot smoked salmon chunks, a range of cold cuts, creamy egg mayonnaise with chives, buttered new potatoes (served hot), garlic prawns (served hot), finger size corn on the cob (served hot), seasoned tomatoes, marinated zucchini & aubergine in a lemon oil with basil & parsley, a selection of fine cheeses, pickles, relishes, dried & fresh fruits. All served with warm bread rolls and a selection of craft biscuits accompanied by a range of fine New Zealand wines, featuring local Kerikeri vineyard, Marsden Estate.
